Movie Rental Policy

Movies will be rented for one day, and returned the next business day before closing (4:30 PM). We have a Rent 10 get 1 FREE coupon - Return your rental to the sales counter staff before noon on the day it is due and we will initial your card. After you return 10 movies this way, your next rental is free. The rental fee per movie is $1.50 for movies rented Monday through Thursday and $2.50 for movies rented on Friday and days before Holidays.

When renting movies please check to ensure you are receiving the correct movie.

If, while viewing the movie you notice a distortion or other problems with the movie please let our staff know. If, while the movie is in your custody the movie is damaged, again inform a staff member.

The failure to return a rented movie prevents us from renting to others. To discourage this, and to make up for income loss to the activity, we assess a late charge. Late charge is $2.50 per day per movie. Movies may be returned to the drop box at Room 4A722 before or after duty hours or returned at the counter. Movies which are either not returned, or damaged upon return, must be replaced by the member. Rental fees, late fees, and penalties are lawful obligations, and may be collected pursuant to law and applicable Air Force directives, regulations, and instructions.
