Customer Service Policy

Due to the lack of recreational facilities located at the Pentagon we take on the challenge of meeting your leisure time needs. This is a tremendous responsibility considering the number of people assigned. To ensure the success of the program and an enjoyable tour while you are here, we need your help. The staff is aggressively seeking information on programs in the area, however, please don’t assume that we can cover it all. If you don’t see a particular program here let us know . We pledge to you that, with your help, we will provide you the best Services Program in the Air Force!!!

Our staff will make every effort to fill your ticket request. We will provide you with courteous, efficient service. We ask you, our customer, to carefully check your purchase before you leave our customer service counter. If we have given you tickets with an incorrect time, date, or event, before you leave the counter we will exchange the tickets for correct ones or we will refund your money. TicketMaster® will only allow us to return incorrectly printed tickets for one hour after time printed on ticket. Once you leave the customer service area, we can no longer take responsibility for your purchase.
